A thoughtful process yields thoughtful design.

Process promotes transparency, efficiency, and focus. Additionally, it encourages thoughtful deliberation that considers your business model, brand, marketing objectives, and  consumer insights. This enables purposeful design and innovation that can shift mindsets.

PHASE I:
Understand
+ Discovery

InitiationResearchAlignment
This phase dives into establishing project parameters, clarifying objectives and goals, and identifying opportunities. During this stage, research is gathered to understand the client's competitive landscape, target audiences, markets, and design requirements. Gathering this information is completed via interviews, questionnaires, observations, and audits.

PHASE II:
Ideate
+ Define + Develop

StrategyExplorationDevelopmentRefinement
This phase of development is the distillation of researched materials gleaned from the prior phase and coalescing it into a creative brief or a design strategy document. This documentation is used as a roadmap to guide “on-target” brand touchpoints to a client's audience. Touchpoints could include a website, app, print material, packaging, video, animation, social media, environmental graphics, or apparel. At this stage, design concepts are developed, iterated, and refined until a design solution is aligned with the strategy.

PHASE III:
Execute
+ Deliver

ProductionLaunchCompletion
This phase adopts the selected design standards from the previous phase and it will be implemented across all brand touchpoints. Each touchpoint communication piece will be prepared for print release and/or launch. Upon project closure a final client debrief will be addressed on the project’s success, missteps, and conversation about any future design requirements and support.
