This poster was awarded the "Award of Excellence" in the "O! Say, Can You Design a Poster" on behalf of The University of Baltimore, AIGA Baltimore and AIGA Blue Ridge.

This poster was part of a group project called the 'Citizen Project’. In 2014 the project focused on the 200th Anniversary of Francis Scott Key’s Star Spangled Banner. In honor of this occasion, we have all created our own unique take on American flag. Our goal was not to tarnish our country’s great symbol, but to create a visual that would represent something more than just another image of the flag. Read more about the Citizen Project.

Proudly screen printed at Continental Identification Products, Inc. in Sparta, Michigan.
