Getting Started:

  • To get started, select one of the three packages you'd like to move forward with on the Designed Package page. From there, you have two options:

    a) Give me a call at 616 915 1941 for a 15-minute consultation.
    b) Fill out the form provided, click Submit, and I’ll follow up based on your preference—either to schedule your 15-minute consultation at a time that works for you or to respond directly by email.

    Each consultation will cover a brief overview of your project, the monthly cost, the design process, and any questions you may have. It’s also an opportunity to discuss your needs in more detail and determine which package is the best fit for your project(s).


  • Each package covers a range of projects listed on the Designed Package page. Projects can be customized to fit your needs, and if you have another project in mind, you’re welcome to share the details through the form provided.

  • After you submit your information, we'll begin with a 15-minute consultation to better understand your needs. From there, the design process will follow a workflow tailored to the package you selected, ensuring the right structure and support for your project.

  • That’s why I offer a Comprehensive Package. In addition to the listed projects, I'm happy to discuss customized solutions tailored to your specific needs. Based on the information you provide in the form, we can create a unique project (or set of projects) that fits your business goals.

Design Services & Deliverables:

  • I offer a wide range of graphic design and illustration services — from small and medium-sized projects to large strategic design systems. You can view the full list of project types on the Designed Package page.

  • Each package includes specific deliverable files based on the package selected. Final designs are typically provided in a variety of formats, including high-resolution images, vector files, and editable files, depending on your needs.

  • Each package includes a set number of revisions (see the Support Offerings section on the Designed Package page for details). If additional revisions are needed beyond what’s included, they can be provided at an extra cost.

Contracts & Policies:

  • Yes, each package includes a standard contract or SOW (statement of work) that outlines the project scope, terms, goals, expectations, and cost. This ensures clarity for both sides and helps set a strong foundation for our work together.

  • Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide — such as your name, contact details, and project information — is collected solely to manage your project and communication. I do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties without your consent. All data is handled securely, and any files or sensitive materials you share are kept confidential.

  • Yes, there are a few important usage limitations. All services provided are intended for lawful business purposes only. Final deliverables cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for any illegal, offensive, or harmful activities. Additionally, full payment must be processed before final files are handed over. If your project requires specific licensing terms or has unique usage needs, we can discuss and outline them during our consultation.

Payments & Fees:

  • I accept ACH bank transfers, checks, major credit cards and Venmo. All payments are processed securely to protect your information. Details for payment will be provided once we finalize your package selection and agreement.

  • Fees are based on the package you select and are clearly outlined before any work begins. Each package has a set monthly rate or project fee, depending on the scope. Once we finalize your project details, you’ll receive an invoice with a breakdown of costs. Payment is typically due monthly in advance, and all charges are processed securely. There are no hidden fees — transparency and clarity are part of my commitment to you.

Account Management:

  • You can manage your subscription by contacting me directly for any updates to your account details, billing information, or service preferences. If you need to update your payment method, pause your subscription, or make changes to your package, simply send a request through email or give me a call. I’ll ensure any updates are handled securely and promptly.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting me directly via email or phone. I request 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle to process the cancellation without additional charges. Once canceled, services will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time based on your project needs. Just reach out to me via email or phone to discuss the changes. Adjustments will be applied to your next billing cycle, and I’ll help ensure a smooth transition between packages.

  • Final files are delivered once the project is completed, approved, and full payment has been processed. Delivery timelines can vary depending on the package you select and the scope of your project, but typical turnaround times are discussed during the consultation and outlined in your agreement. I’ll always keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your final files.

Licensing & Promotion:

  • Yes, all work is performed under a licensing agreement contract. Upon full payment, you are granted the rights to use the final designs for the agreed-upon purposes outlined in our contract.

  • Yes, I may showcase your project depending on our agreement. I retain the right to feature the work on my website and in promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. If you require exclusive rights or specific licensing terms, we can discuss and customize those details during your consultation.
